Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment failure to do so will result in the charge of 50% of your service total. No call/no shows will result in a charge of 50% of your service total.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service total and you will be asked to reschedule at a later date.
