To chat and get to know each other, and to answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: Shop tour & in-person meet-up
This is a great way to find out if our shop is a good fit for you.
Step 4: Shadow Day
During a shadow, you’ll spend time with multiple team members and really learn what it might be like to work here.
Step 5: Working interview
This will be designed to see what sort of talent you will bring to the team, or if additional education may still be needed. Client experience and quality service is our biggest priority so this will be a large factor in this process.
